The Future of Nonprofit Marketing is Now
It may come as no surprise that the internet has made traditional marketing strategies seemingly less productive and much more expensive. For-profit businesses and nonprofit organizations alike are now able to reach more people in a cost effective way using online marketing tools and strategies.
With more than 250,000,000 North American users, the internet is a viable vehicle for nonprofits to reach out to current and potential donors. Although online communication may not always substitute or replace more personal communication methods such as face-to-face meetings and direct mail campaigns, it offers another option at the donor’s convenience.
Online giving is a simple way to offer current and potential donors a convenient method for supporting your organization. There are many ways to accept donations online, and implementing the right tools to suits your needs could be the difference in determining the success of your online giving program.
Online event management is another rising trend in online fundraising for nonprofits. Event management is known for being a lot of work, but having the right tools can greatly reduce the work load for your staff, enhance ease of use for your donors, and make your events more efficient and successful.
The right online marketing tools will allow your organization to:
- enhance the depth of relationship you have with your donors by providing them with targeted and relevant information as well as valuable tools
- easily create and reuse event templates for supporting a variety of online event types including thons, tournaments and galas with one solution
- remove barriers for your donors to safely and securely give to your organization through your website
- expand the reach of your organization’s message and increase donations by enabling your donors to fundraise for you using simple and effective online tools
