Account Manager

SofTrek Corporation (www.softrek.com) has an immediate opening for an Account Manager to join its Client Success team. SofTrek develops and markets ClearView CRM, fundraising software that helps nonprofits grow relationships with constituents and raise money. SofTrek is a growing company that has worked with major national nonprofits for more than 30 years and occupies a trusted position in the marketplace.

 

Job Summary

SofTrek Account Managers oversee a portfolio of nonprofit clients, providing guidance and expanding client solutions. You will be responsible for

  • educating the client on SofTrek products; completing high level technical support; communicating clearly with clients and internal SofTrek teams;
  • collaborating on conversion, customization, and implementation projects; and maintaining excellent client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
  • Educate, support, and communicate to all clients in your designated portfolio maintaining relationships to maximize desired outcomes for the clients and to increase client satisfaction and retention.
  • Act as point of contact for all communications between clients and SofTrek internal resources.
  • Identify opportunities and gather requirements to improve our products, processes, and programs to better meet client needs and communicating those opportunities to a broad internal audience.
  • Maintain and update all client contact information for use across departments.
  • Test and approve all custom work prior to deployment on client databases.
  • Gain client confidence with the ClearView product and increase usage over time.
  • Use internal tools to gather key performance indicators and report on metrics and trends on account portfolio.
  • Maintain client awareness of release notes, free webinars, conferences, billable services offered, training programs, and latest software releases.
  • Provide tier 1 & 2 help desk and technical support.
  • Ensure the latest upgrades are in place for each client.
  • Work collaboratively with other Account Managers to ensure coverage of all client portfolios.
