Volunteers of America selects ClearView CRM as its fundraising software

AMHERST, N.Y. (Feb. 28, 2013)–National human-services organization Volunteers of America has chosen ClearView CRM from SofTrek Corporation as its nonprofit fundraising software.  Volunteers of America will use ClearView CRM’s donor relationship management, business intelligence and reporting, and operational tools to identify donor opportunities; deepen constituent relationships; fine-tune its fundraising activities; and develop accurate forecasts.

ClearView CRM will support Volunteers of America’s direct mail efforts from the organization’s national headquarters in Alexandria, Va., and support giving for local affiliates in cities throughout the United States.

“Many generous people and organizations support Volunteers of America’s wide-ranging ministry,” said Director of Development Ike Frazer.  “We chose ClearView CRM as our fundraising software because it will help us grow and strengthen our relationships with the donors who are so vital to our work.”

“ClearView CRM has unique capabilities for large chapter-based national organizations like Volunteers of America,” noted Steve Birnbaum, SofTrek Vice President of Client Solutions.  “We’re looking forward to helping them make full-use of our product and welcome them to our user community.”
