ClearView 2.0: Tools to Help Manage Relationships

“Okay… I’ve been really focusing on listening to my donors and they’ve been giving me some great information. Now, how do I keep track of it all?”

There’s no doubt that having the right tools is an essential element to building, strengthening and keeping relationships. Your success depends on having a system that can help manage your donor data and be a key element in helping you make the right decisions.

According to Amy Sample Ward, membership director for the Nonprofit Technology Network, “2012 may, I hope, be the year of data. Not only do I see more organizations looking for ways to be data-driven in decision making, communications, campaigning, and marketing, but also a growing interest and understanding of the value in sharing data. Just as we want to be data-driven inside our organizations, the more we share our data with each other, the more data-driven we can be in our work collectively.”

Our SofTrek team shares this outlook and we’re proud of how, for over 25 years, our tools have helped our current clients use data to succeed in building better relationships. Today, we’re working hard to provide even better ways to make and keep those connections.

As we progress toward the launch of our new 2.0 version of ClearView, our users have been the inspiration behind our design and development. ClearView 2.0 will provide the latest technology in customized donor relationship management, as well as faster and more deeply analytic reporting. It will be a true business intelligence system, helping even more organizations, like yours, use data to better know your donors, strengthen relationships, and make more informed decisions.

We’d love to share more details with you about how ClearView 2.0 can help you improve your organization’s fundraising results. Please This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. to learn more.

SofTrek Gives Back: Supporting the Buffalo City Mission

As a company, SofTrek is committed to supporting the valuable work of the nonprofit community, both personally and through our software and program solutions. With that in mind, we were proud to participate in the Buffalo City Mission’s Turkey Express program this holiday season by collecting donations and purchasing and delivering turkeys for the Mission’s annual Thanksgiving meal.

The Buffalo City Mission provides emergency shelter and nourishing meals to thousands of homeless men, women and children in Western New York. This past Thanksgiving, besides serving over 250 meals at their main location, the Mission delivered more than 4,000 meals to homebound families and senior citizens in need.

Through 2012 and beyond, our SofTrek team is looking forward to continuing our focus on helping those in need. Stay tuned for more updates!
